One million devices — then what?

In 2025 we crossed one million devices sold worldwide. That's a milestone — and a responsibility. Every unit in the field represents someone trying to be understood across a language barrier.

In 2026 we're launching the Global User Co-Creation Program — a permanent way for users to influence what Peiko builds next, alongside the BETA feedback channel we opened in 2023.

What co-creation means at Peiko

This is not a one-off survey. Today the program centers on:

1. Open conversation with users, partners, and community members
2. Public listening before we commit to hardware and app changes
3. Facebook as our co-creation platform — share ideas, discuss roadmaps, and talk with the Peiko team and community

Our current products — PEIKO WORLD, BTM-223, TRBOX 01, TRBOX 02, and TRBOX X9 — all pair with ByteEngine Translator. Co-creation covers that full ecosystem.

Who should join?

• You use Peiko translation earphones or TRBOX handhelds in daily life
• You have a specific improvement in mind for hardware or the companion app
• You want to help us prioritize what matters in travel, business, or study

You don't need a technical background. We need honest experience from real use.
