About the role
You'll be the driving force behind Peiko's digital storefront — optimizing the shopping experience, managing product launches, and growing our online community.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day Shopify operations including merchandising, promotions, and inventory sync
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns across email, social, and paid channels
- Analyze customer behavior and implement conversion rate improvements
- Coordinate with design and operations teams on new product rollouts
- Monitor and report on key e-commerce KPIs weekly
Requirements
- •3+ years managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- •Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- •Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
- •Understanding of DTC brand operations and inventory management
- •Excellent written communication in English
