Feedback used to arrive from everywhere

User input came through app store reviews, support email, reseller messages, and social channels. Our team read it — but users rarely saw how a note turned into a firmware or app change.

In 2023 we launched the BETA community feedback program with one rule: if users take time to tell us something, they deserve to know where it lands.

How to join today

The BETA channel is open to anyone using Peiko translation hardware or ByteEngine Translator:

  • Email support@peiko.cn with subject BETA
  • Share what device you use — PEIKO WORLD, BTM-223, TRBOX 01, TRBOX 02, or TRBOX X9
  • Tell us what broke, confused, or slowed you down in real use

We care about field reports from travel, business, and study — the use cases our products are actually built for.

What we listen for

Examples that map to real product capabilities:

  • Pairing and setup with ByteEngine Translator
  • Translation quality in noisy or outdoor environments
  • Battery and charging — especially on portable models like TRBOX X9 (USB Type-C)
  • Offline vs online modes — relevant for TRBOX X9, which supports wireless and offline translation across 136 languages

We do not promise every request ships. We do promise serious reports are read by people who build the products.

You don't need an invite

Our 2026 co-creation program opens this further on Facebook, but the BETA channel has been available since 2023.
